, the Ministry of Finance announced that the Iraqi Fund for Foreign Development contributed to supporting orphanages and the elderly.
And the ministry stated in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that "the ministry, represented by its minister, Ali Abdul-Amir Allawi, launched an initiative to provide the necessary aid and support to a number of societal segments, believing in providing a helping hand and care for these generous segments."
And she added, "The Director General of the Fund and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Brian Abdul Salam Qassem, made an inspection visit to the nursing home, listened to their needs, and instructed to meet all their requests and equip them within the initiative that included providing assistance and support in kind.
