The management of the Samawah Refinery revealed, on Thursday, plans to increase the refining and storage capacity of the refinery, while indicating that the refinery is currently producing 4 types of derivatives: black and white oil, kerosene, and improved and regular gasoline.
The director of the refinery, Muhammad Fazza, said in an interview with local agencies, "The Engineering Equipment Company in the Ministry of Oil has made progress in the file of developing the refinery," explaining that "the refinery's refining capacity currently reaches 30,000 barrels of those products."
Fazza added, "The establishment of a new refining unit will contribute to covering the governorate's need for oil derivatives, as well as the production of other derivatives." Ended 29/A 4
