The Commission's Investigation Department said, in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "the Hilla Investigation Court, which is competent to look into integrity issues, issued a summons order against the former Director General of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank in Babylon, on the issue of violations committed in the bank's branch in the Hashemite, regarding granting a loan in the amount of ( 750,000,000) million dinars, in violation of the law and with non-fundamentalist guarantees.
She added, "The same court issued a summons order against the director general of the Babylon Investment Authority, for signing a letter not to request a complaint in the criminal case registered against him as an accused, contrary to the contexts," noting that "the director general should have approached the General Investment Authority; for the purpose of answering for the lack of It is permissible to answer by him legally regarding the complaint request in the case, as he is an accused in it.
