The representative of the Al-Fateh Alliance Ali Turki Al-Jamali confirmed, on Monday, that the electricity file in Iraq has been a thorny and sluggish one since 2003, noting that the electricity crisis in Iraq is caused by rivalries and conflicts between the power parties and their corruption.
Al-Jamali said in a press statement, which was followed by Mawazine News, that "the electricity file in Iraq is thorny, complex, and lagging due to corruption and the struggle of political parties that brought the country to what it is now."
