    information/special...
On Wednesday, Mahmoud Al-Hayani, a member of the Al-Fateh Alliance, questioned the ability of the current government to implement the Federal Court's decision regarding the recovery of all funds from the Kurdistan region through the sale of Iraqi oil and gas.
Al-Hayani told the "Information" agency, "The government has not been able to address any crisis facing the country, whether it is political, security or economic, and therefore it will not be able to implement the Federal Court's decision regarding obligating the region to recover all funds through the sale and export of oil and gas."
He added, "The decision of the Federal Court is bold and resolute, legally and constitutionally, and all the decisions it issued after the elections were committed by all political forces, whether the forces of the coordination framework or the Sadrist movement and the rest of the political forces under the dome of Parliament."
A member of the Al-Fateh Alliance explained that “the rejection of this decision by the Kurdistan region is not permissible at all because the Iraqi judiciary is independent and its decisions are in accordance with the constitutional and legal frameworks,” calling on the political parties to “bring the national interest and the people’s interest above the interests of the parties.”
He stressed the need for “the government to be able to implement the court’s decision as a legitimate decision and to try to impose the law on all political parties and Iraqi lands.”
