    leader of the State of Law coalition, Turki Al-Atabi, confirmed, on Monday, the failure of the Prime Minister in the files of combating corruption and administrative reform, indicating that all government decisions are ink on paper.
    Al-Otbi said in a statement to "The Information", "Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi raised the slogan of fighting corruption in state institutions, but the result is that it has become more widespread and has failed miserably in combating it."
    Al-Otabi added, "The corruption files are accumulated in the governorates without any efforts to move them, stressing that reform is ink on paper and there is silence regarding sensitive and complex files that the state must have a decisive decision regarding."
