the security and Defence Committee, Hassan Al-Sunaid added to other MPs
    and journalists.

Zebari said that "the work of these committees
is in accordance with Security Council resolution", the "identification
marking border is doubt and interpretation", pointing out that "the
Iraqi Government will compensate farmers affected by these boundary
    markers.

The UN Security Council issued resolution No. (833) per
year (1993) provides for the demarcation of the boundary between Iraq
and Kuwait in length (216 km) through the establishment of an
International Commission to demarcate the border between the two
parties, which was rejected by the former regime of Saddam Hussein, but
it was approved at the end of the year (1994) following international
pressure, a number of Iraqi officials, reaffirms that the demarcation of
the border between the two countries was by force, led to the cutoff of
Iraqi land Safwan and Umm Qasr area, as well as reduced Iraqi
    territorial waters,

He urged the UN Secretary General Ban
Ki-moon in Iraq (16) November of last year, to meet its obligations to
Kuwait, in particular with regard to Security Council resolution No.
    (833) on the demarcation of their border to exit from the provisions of
Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.

    Is subject
since Iraq (1990) of Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations,
imposed after the invasion of Saddam Hussein's regime, the State of
Kuwait in August of the same year, this item allows the use of force
against Iraq as a threat to international security, as well as to freeze
large amounts of stock in banks to pay compensation to those affected
    by the invasion.

than two decades ago, it's called a number of House members and Kuwaiti
Ambassador in Baghdad to participate in the trip, emphasizing that the
authorities concerned in both countries "made efforts to solve the
    problems inherited".

The Iraqi plane comes to Kuwait, in
conjunction with the second national day celebration, the feast of

Decree-Law Convention to the Government for ratification.

    Iraqi
Airways suspended its flights to a large number of European States after
the Kuwait filed a lawsuit regarding damage to aircraft caused by the
Iraqi invasion in 1990, demanding payment of 1.2 billion dollars for
    Kuwait Airways.

And Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations have recently made
progress in terms of resolving some outstanding issues, as agreed during
the visit of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to Kuwait in March 2012, to
end the issue of compensation for KAC and the maintenance of border
markers, as was agreed on the basis of common frameworks for the
resolution of all files within the timelines short, except Foreign
Minister Hoshyar Zebari, who accompanied Al-Maliki to visit that what
has been agreed is substantial progress with regard to exit Iraq from

    The Foreign Ministry announced in

issue of compensation to Kuwait Airways incurred under Iraq, bringing
all constraints and complexity of efforts to rebuild Iraqi Airways and
freedom in buying new and create air fleet.

    Following the
decision of the Kuwaiti Cabinet approved on 20/11/2012 allocation of $
500 million in budget year 2013, to settle the issue with Kuwait
Airways, while empowering the Prime Minister's Advisor for Legal Affairs
    by negotiation and agreement.
