Earth News/ Today, Friday, the Kuwaiti embassy called on the Iraqi authorities to take legal measures against a cleric who overstepped them.
The Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Baghdad expressed, in a statement received by "Earth News", "its condemnation and categorical rejection of the abusive tweets issued by the Iraqi cleric called Ayad Jamal Al-Din, in which he insulted, through his social media site, the State of Kuwait and its symbols, leadership and people, and carried phrases It is rejected, reprehensible, and rejected.”
She added, "While the embassy expresses its deep dissatisfaction with such actions aimed at undermining the brotherly relations that bind the two brotherly countries, it calls on the concerned Iraqi authorities to curb these dissonant voices by taking legal measures against them."
