Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The US Ambassador to Iraq, Steven Beecroft, called during his meeting with the head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafary, to intensify the efforts to speed up addressing the current crisis in Iraq.
A statement by the INA cited that “Jaafary met on Wednesday with the US Ambassador where they discussed the outcomes of the dialogues being conducted among the political blocs’ leaders as well as discussing the regional events and their ramifications on Iraq.”
Jaafary emphasized “The need to continue holding the meetings so as to reach suitable solutions for the growing crisis.”
