    Yes Iraq: Baghdad

A page specialized in the Iraqi military side discussed the risks and possible effects of the sanctions imposed on Russia on the Iraqi armament sector of Russian weapons, and the possibility of Russian weapons and important combat helicopters being out of service.
And the Tactical Experts Cell page said in a lengthy blog post seen by “Yasin Iraq”, that “Iraq depends, in arming its army, on the strategy of diversifying its sources of weapons, and in the event of a comprehensive restriction on Russia and preventing dealing with it militarily and including Iraq with those obligations, this may cause a logistical problem for the army. The Iraqi army is a pivotal weapon in the Iraqi army.”
And she added, "Since 1958, Iraq has been a major user of Soviet and Russian weapons, in terms of Soviet weapons, of which Iraq still has good numbers, and it can be summarized as follows: Tanks: T-72M and T-55, armored vehicles: BMP-1 and MT- LB and BTR-80, artillery and rocket artillery: D-20, D-30, M-74 guns and BM-21 Grad launchers, helicopters: M-17, combat aircraft: Su-25.
She explained that "these weapons constitute at least 20% of the striking force of the Iraqi army, and most of them represent second-line weapons and weapons supporting the Iraqi forces, and there are alternatives from Eastern Europe and many other countries to obtain equipment, spare parts and maintenance."
With regard to exclusively Russian weapons, which are the core of the problem that the Iraqi army may face according to the tactical cell, they are: “Tanks: T-90S, Armored Vehicles: BMP-3, Rocket Artillery: Tos-1B, Air Defense: Pantsir-S1, Helicopters: Mi-28NE, Mi-28UB and Mi-35M, the value of these weapons is estimated at no less than 8 billion dollars, and they are among the latest equipment of the Iraqi army, especially in the offensive aviation sector of the army, which consists 100% of Russian attack helicopters and modern air defense consisting of 90% of it is based on the Pantsir system.”
And she added, "There is no acceptable alternative in most of the above-mentioned Russian weapons for providing spare parts, maintenance and equipment. In other words, these new weapons may be out of service if ways are not found to maintain them without dealing with the Russians. Even if Iraq managed to obtain eastern European companies, Iraq may enter into legal problems with Russia for exposing its weapons to countries close to the western camp.

And she indicated that "the most prominent options and solutions are summarized in:, the first: continuing to deal with the Russians in these weapons, while obtaining Western exemptions for Iraq's urgent need for those weapons, the second: contracting with eastern European companies to provide the largest possible amount of perpetuation for the weapons, third: giving up weapons with guarantees Western countries to compensate Iraq with similar modern Western weapons.
