On Saturday, member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Mahmoud Khoshnaw, considered that the House of Representatives voted on an unconstitutional decision to open the door for nomination again for the position of the presidency.
In an interview with the Information Agency, Khoshnaw said, "What happened today is a legislative decision that contradicts the decision of the Federal Court of 2018."
He added, "The House of Representatives had to go to amend Article 8 before voting to open the door for candidacy for the presidency, because the law is higher than the legislative decision."
Today, Saturday, the House of Representatives voted to open the nomination for the post of the President of the Republic again, and the nomination begins from tomorrow, Sunday, for a period of three days. finished 25
