The Ministry of Finance announced, on Sunday, that the Real Estate Bank directed its branches to complete the transactions of citizen borrowers.
A statement by the ministry, which Mawazine News received a copy of, stated that under the direct guidance of the Minister of Finance Ali Abdul Amir Allawi, the Real Estate Bank, one of the formations of the Ministry of Finance, instructed all its branches to expedite the completion of the transactions of citizens applying to borrow.
In its statement, the bank confirmed the resumption of receiving the transactions of the borrowing citizens who held the electronic form and had an open statement until 12/15/2021 or a form document (23 or 25) in order to organize a loan transaction (the Central Bank initiative)
, and the bank indicated that it will continue to receive requests for regulation Transaction until 3/15/2022.
It is noteworthy that the loans granted by the Real Estate Bank fall within the initiative of the Central Bank for the purposes of purchasing housing units, whether from within investment projects or from outside those projects. Ended 29/R77
