International oil prices varied during the week, along with Basra Heavy.

Basra Heavy crude prices rose by about 9%, approaching $103 per barrel
Brent crude futures rose more than 1% to end the session near $108, a day after rising nearly 9% in the biggest daily percentage gain in nearly two years.
Also, US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose by about 2%, and ended the session near 105 dollars, and with it the previous session's jumps of 8%.
But both benchmark contracts ended the week about 4% lower, after trading in the $16 range, and prices reached 14-year highs nearly two weeks ago, encouraging profit-taking since then.
In conjunction with the first jump in oil prices, Iraqi oil prices made a major jump by more than $8.
And Basra Heavy crude prices recorded a rise of about 9%, approaching $103 per barrel, according to the latest price update seen by Ultra Iraq.
The prices of Basra Light crude have fallen sequentially, recording nearly $94 a barrel during the previous session.

Russia said no agreement was reached after a fourth day of talks with Ukraine; But some signs of progress appeared earlier in the week, according to Reuters.
Crude oil prices were on a rapid rise, supported by the supply crisis from traders who avoided Russian barrels and dwindling oil inventories. But prices have been pressured by concerns about demand with COVID-19 cases soaring in China, while stalled nuclear talks with Iran have been a tough market.
