    Foreign minister said American John Kerry, on Monday, said that the formation of an Iraqi government that is crucial to the achievement of stability and urged Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki not to inflame political tensions and unrest, as he put it.
    Kerry said in a press statement in Sydney prior to the annual ministerial consultations between the United States and Australia that "the process of forming a government task with regard to the achievement of stability and calm in Iraq, and our hope is not to raise Mr. Maliki unrest.
    He said Kerry "One thing all Iraqis need to know is that there will be little international support of any kind for anything that deviates from the process list and legitimate constitution is being worked on now."
