Earth News/ Member of Parliament, Alia Nassif, today, Wednesday, directed a number of questions to the Minister of Transport, regarding a number of issues in his ministry.
According to a document, issued by Nassif’s office, a copy of which was obtained by Earth News, “Based on the provisions of Article (61 Seventh / A) of the Constitution and Articles (27 and 29) of Parliament Law No. 13 of 2018 and Articles (50 and 51) of The internal system of the House of Representatives, we would like to inform us of the reasons for the continued assignment of Mr. Ali, the former Director General of Iraqi Airways, who was dismissed by the Prime Minister, to the position of Acting Director General in the Ministry of Transport, despite the many complaints about him in the Federal Integrity Commission and his repeated failures and failure to meet the required conditions.
And the other question also directed to the Minister of Transport stated, “We would like to inform us of your ministry’s legal procedures to correct the degree of Mrs. Iman, who was appointed as a general manager in the technical department and who held her without legal entitlement, and what are your ministry’s procedures for recovering the financial allocations that were disbursed on the basis of the degree in violation of the law.
