    The coordinating framework said that the parliament session next Saturday, March 26, will not be achieved due to the lack of a quorum, noting that the "guarantor third" that it produced is capable of correcting any deviation in the course of the political process.
    Next Saturday, the Iraqi parliament is scheduled to hold a session to elect the president of the republic.
    The coordination framework called, through a statement received by Ultra Iraq, a copy of it, "all partners in the political process to show a spirit of sincere patriotism and attention to the interest of the country and to keep it away from everything that disturbs its security and stability, as the suffering of our honorable people is increasing day after day, due to the absence of policies The wise woman who works to achieve the necessities of a comfortable life and extricates the poor from the quagmire of waste and rampant corruption.

     And because the democratic practice in Iraq presupposes the production of a parliament that legislates laws and monitors the government that is born as a result of the agreement of the political forces affiliated with its dome and which are produced by the election results, and present the fittest, the most efficient and the most capable to take over the formation of the government and work under the umbrella of the constitution and laws to take the people’s hand towards safety, we We believe that the pressure and intimidation that is being worked on to hold a session with incomplete conditions in terms of quorum and convictions, especially among the most important political actors and independents, will lead to compromising the rights of the largest component of the honorable Iraqi people, who have lived through various forms of bitterness and pain, and will create a large gap between their ranks. He continues to divide them, disperse their words, and lose their prestige, and this is not acceptable to reason and logic.   
    The framework continued, "Based on our moral duties and sensing various dangers, we worked in the coordinating framework to unite the Shiite house and unify their word, and invite the rest of the political forces from the components of the Iraqi people to the table for discussion and discussion, and deal in a positive national spirit with various issues, moving away from personalization and mistrust. And sectarian and factional blocs, which led to the production of one-third of a guarantor capable of stopping any project that harms the rights of the components of the Iraqi people, especially the largest bloc of it, and amending any deviation in the course of the democratic process and ensuring that those who do not believe in Iraq’s unity and independence and do not work to preserve its wealth, information and security, and keen on negotiations will not take over. formation of the next government.   
    He stressed that "next Saturday's session will not be achieved due to the lack of a quorum," pointing to "the continuation of constructive dialogues with the rest of the other forces to unify ideas and visions and achieve more understandings that speed up the completion of the upcoming elections."   
    Yesterday, the Triple Alliance resolved its order by announcing the formation of a parliamentary bloc and the nomination of Reber Ahmed for the presidency and Muhammad Jaafar al-Sadr to head the government.
    The head of the Sadrist bloc, Hassan al-Adhari, said in a joint press conference with the Democratic Party and the "Sovereignty" alliance, "We announce the most numerous bloc to save a homeland, and the nomination of Reber Ahmed for the presidency and Muhammad Jaafar al-Sadr to form the government."
    Al-Adhari added, "We pledge to complete the process of reforming the country and serving the people through a clear and transparent government program that guarantees Iraq's dignity and independence without external interference so that the law will prevail away from violence."
    Al-Sadr had previously called in a long statement, the representatives and independent blocs, to assign the tripartite alliance to achieve a quorum and complete the procedures for electing the president of the republic in the next session.
    Al-Sadr pledged to give the independents a "chance to run the country" if they "unified their ranks and distanced themselves from temptations," as he put it, while he considered it the "last chance" against attempts to "drag the country into war and conflicts."
    And the independents occupy about 40 seats in Parliament, including parties that emerged from the protests, where Al-Sadr is betting on winning at least half of them to disrupt the blocking third, pledging to give them "space to run the country on terms."
