, the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan commented, on Saturday, on the Parliament's failure to achieve a quorum for today's Presidential Passing session.
The leader of the Union, Ghiath Al-Sorji, said in an exclusive interview with Mawazine News, that the failure to achieve a quorum was expected, and that we will wait for the Federal Court's decision for the next session if the quorum is not achieved.
Al-Sorji indicated that if this file is not resolved, we will enter into a new constitutional violation that may lead to the dissolution of Parliament by a decision of the Federal Court and the holding of new early elections.
He continued, "There may be a political solution during the coming period" to resolve this file, noting that resolving all the current political bottlenecks depends on the agreement of the Shiite house because they are the focus of the political process. Ended 29/R77
