, a representative of the Sadrist bloc, Haider Al-Khafaji, considered what happened today, Saturday, during the parliament session, as "a significant victory for every patriot," while noting that "the blocking third is very concerned."
Al-Khafaji said in a statement, "What happened today is a triumphant victory for every patriot, as it is enough that the parties that monopolized the positions of the Presidency of the Republic and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers with an overwhelming parliamentary majority and with (conditional) international support are now celebrating their achievement with just a (a disabled third)."
He added, "This third is still very temporary and anxious, as the so-called Shiite forces (less than half) make up the total number, while the rest of the number is complemented by Sunni and Kurdish parties that are still negotiating with their constituent counterparts for the benefits of the committees and the details of the post-government, Other small parties and independent deputies have been co-opted by (...) ways.
Al-Khafaji concluded, "The victory is based on the rejection of quotas and political sectarianism and the revival of the role of the parliamentary opposition led by al-Sadr has become the dominant and attacker, while the quota project and external interference, which was the final order in the formation of governments, has receded and is stuck in the box (one third) that will collapse and disintegrate. Within days." Ended 29/H
