Today, Sunday, the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hakim Al-Zamili, announced that the House of Representatives seeks to install contractors in higher education within the 2022 budget.

Al-Zamili discussed with the attendees a number of related issues and the issuance of decisions related to students and contract holders, which were raised by the representatives during the hosting of the minister in the House of Representatives, as well as addressing all the needs of the ministry and universities and offering the necessary treatments in this regard, such as increasing the number of specialized government universities, and monitoring the necessary allocations for infrastructure and programs Scientific sobriety and scientific research, and the allocation of plots of land for professors.
Al-Zamili confirmed, according to the statement, that "the opinion board also agreed to return the restrictions of students of the previous year to the finished stages, and to resume their official working hours during the next year," expressing "the parliament's keenness to legislate and amend laws that would support the educational and educational sectors, with the active participation of the ministry." and expert teachers.
Al-Zamili met with a group of contract holders demonstrating in front of the ministry," stressing "the legislative authority's endeavor to include all their dues in the provisions of the 2022 budget and install them on the permanent owners, after providing the council with an official letter from the ministry that includes the full numbers."
