    Information / Baghdad..
The head of the National Approach, Ahmed Al-Rubaie, criticized, on Tuesday, the attempts of the House of Representatives to pass the emergency support law for food security and development, while the passage of the law was considered a dangerous precedent in the history of Iraq.
Al-Rubaie said in a statement to "Al-Maalouma", that "passing the emergency food security support law sent by the government is subject to appeal before the Federal Court."
He added that "the caretaker government is not within its powers to propose and send laws," noting that "the House of Representatives and the vote on the emergency support law have full powers for the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Finance without referring to Parliament."
Al-Rubaie pointed out that "passing the law is a dangerous precedent that will make it subject to appeal before the Federal Court." finished / 25 h
