: The Federal Integrity Commission revealed, on Wednesday, the issuance of an order to summon the former Minister of Communications and the Director General of the Department of Foreign Relations and Information in the ministry, for causing them to "waste public money."
The Commission's Investigation Department stated, "The Second Karkh Investigation Court issued a summons order against the former Minister of Communications, in addition to the Director-General of the Department of Foreign Relations and Information in the Ministry, against the background of the decision to reduce the prices of international land capacities for private companies from (7000$) to (5000$) )", indicating that "the decision was issued without relying on an economic or technical feasibility study, which led to a waste of public money."
The department stated, in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "the second Karkh investigation court issued the recruitment order in accordance with the provisions of Article (340) of the amended Penal Code No. (111 of 1969)." Ended 29/N33
