Received the President of the Republic Fuad Masum, a congratulatory telegram from Dr. Iyad Allawi, on the occasion of his election as President of the Republic, and in the following text of the telegram:
"His Excellency brother Fuad Masum, Esquire
President of the Republic of Iraq
Hello, honest and after
I would like to congratulate you on choosing a president, and confident that your presence at this site will be an important factor to push the political balance and stability in Iraq, at a time when the country is going through the worst conditions across her historic.
The promotion of national unity and achieving genuine national reconciliation and to leave the sites of regional and sectarian quotas, and building national institutions different, will enable us to build the state's prompt, state citizenship which is based on justice and equality.
I congratulate you and I congratulate you again, wishing you success in your tasks ahead.
