, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, said that the Ukrainian crisis has many negative effects on many Arab countries, especially in terms of their grain imports.

He referred to the impact of the crisis on the rise in fuel and oil prices, affecting all development efforts in many Arab countries, saying that the Arab country, which used to set its development plans on specific oil prices between 40 and 60 dollars per barrel, was surprised for a moment that it reached 100 and 150 dollars".
He noted that the rise in prices affects the implementation of the economic plans of countries, and that "prices are rising in many parties in the Arab region, in a way that affects the welfare of the Arab citizen, and the matter leads to more negative effects." Ended 29 / p. 87
