The political analyst, Muhammad Karim Al-Saadi, said that opening the files of the liberated areas and the reconstruction campaigns and the amounts allocated to them may topple large heads in the political process.
Al-Saadi told Al-Maalouma, "The control of some parties over the governorates of Nineveh, Anbar, Salah al-Din and Diyala makes them bear the primary responsibility for the reconstruction of areas liberated from terrorism."
He added that "a lot of reluctance exists in those areas despite the passage of five years since liberation, at a time when no one in Parliament was able to open the files of these areas, due to the presence of corruption partners between the various influential parties."
And he indicated that “opening these files will lead to the overthrow of large heads that will create a new political crisis, and may change the shape of the political equation, especially since some political parties have confirmed that there are offices in Kurdistan that control reconstruction projects in the liberated areas and grant contracting in exchange for percentages of those projects.” “. finished 25
