Earth News/ Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein discussed, in a phone call with his Iranian counterpart, Hossein Amir Abdollahian, views on a range of issues of concern to bilateral, regional and global relations.
The ministry said in a statement received by Earth News, "The two sides discussed the latest steps taken in the framework of bilateral relations, and discussed issues of common interest, including regional and international developments, the Vienna negotiations and ways to strengthen bilateral relations."

The two ministers agreed on the necessity of meeting in the coming days.
