Member of Parliament, Alia Nassif, revealed, on Saturday, details regarding the true identity of Alam Arkan Company, which a person in the Baghdad Municipality is trying to contract with to automate the secretariat.
Nassif said in a statement seen by "The Information", "This company belongs to an architect in the Saudi Ministry of Defense named Saud Saad Al-Arefi, and this person is a contractor and his work is related to construction and has nothing to do with automation, unless we assume that he will hit two birds with a stone when he sells a fictitious project to the Baghdad Municipality."
