The Iraqi parliament recalling the fall of Saddam: 50 constitutional articles that were violated after 2003
Shafaq News/ On Saturday, Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Shakhwan Abdullah Ahmed, expressed his regret at the existence of central dictatorial mentalities that have a desire to manage power in the country and return to the policy of marginalization and exclusion of partners in the country.
And Abdullah recalled, in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, today, Saturday, which coincides with the ninth of April, the fall of the Baath Party and the change of the regime in Iraq in 2003.
He pointed out that "those who failed to administer the country have criticized the constitution despite their failure to implement its articles and provisions," explaining that "the federal system has not been implemented to this day, which is the guarantee for Iraq's unity and stability, and there are more than 50 articles in the constitution that have been violated, which led to the imbalance in our system." politics and create problems and crises.
