".
Al-Kaabi stressed that "the Iraqi government is restricted according to the Financial Management Law, which has the right to disburse 1/12 of the expenses," noting that "the emergency support law will have a role in the event that it is organized and benefit from it directly to go towards development and vocabulary that helps the fragile and poor classes, especially as we are talking about The ration card items that have been improved, as well as providing them for 12 months, not just 8.
He stated that "in the past, it was allocating an amount of less than a trillion to the Ministry of Trade to secure the items of the ration card in this difficult circumstance, but now we are talking about 6 trillion dinars to improve the items of the ration and purchase the wheat and rye crops for this year, as well as the farmers' entitlements that will be guaranteed during this year."
