On Thursday, the State of Law coalition expressed its concern about calls to dissolve Parliament, which represent a threat to Iraq and its security, while describing those calls as "not sincere."
Representative Jawad Owais Al-Ghazali said in a statement to Al-Maalouma that "the calls to dissolve Parliament and hold early elections are untrue calls," noting that "these calls are aimed at putting pressure on independent representatives."
Al-Ghazali added, "Calls to dissolve parliament are incorrect at this time," noting that "some political parties are still putting pressure on independent representatives."
He explained, "There are no explicit calls to dissolve Parliament, and they come under the heading of political pressure and shuffling of papers." finished / 25 h
