Anbar Governor's Advisor for Energy Affairs, Aziz Khalaf Al-Tarmuz, announced on Friday the start of the completion stages of the early production project for the crutch gas field in the western regions.
Al-Tarmuz said in a statement to the Information Agency, "A team from the Central Oil Company headed by the Deputy Director of the Operations Authority, accompanied by representatives of one of the foreign companies specialized in the field of gas investment, visited the Akkas gas field and the Akkas gas power station, followed by a technical meeting that brought together representatives of the two companies to study and circulate the technical details of the project."
