    Today, Monday, the Integrity Commission announced the implementation of four seizures in the Nineveh districts, while it indicated that a suspect was arrested for impersonating an employee of the Integrity Commission and (9) others with bribery and extortion.
    A statement of integrity received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the Nineveh Investigation Directorate's work team was able to arrest an accused who impersonated an employee of the Integrity Commission while reviewing the intelligence division of the Directorate of Civil Status and Passports in the province," noting that "the operation was carried out by the Directorate of Intelligence in coordination with the Directorate of Civil Status and Passports in the province." and combating Nineveh terrorism.
    He added that, "during a second operation, the team arrested (4) employees of the Mosul Municipality Directorate - the Flowers Sector, on the grounds that they had taken a bribe from a citizen, in exchange for allowing him to build on a plot of land he purchased from the Al-Hadbaa Cooperative Housing Society, despite the issuance of Directives from the Mayor of Mosul District require stopping all construction, cutting and leveling works, due to a defect in the ownership procedures.
    And he added, "In a third operation, a suspect was caught in flagrante delicto while receiving the bribe amount from a citizen," noting that "the accused admitted that he had received the bribe for the benefit of an employee in the Security Permits Division of the Subcommittee to Compensate Those Affected by Terrorist Operations, in exchange for providing me with In a letter of support for not being included in the Accountability and Justice Law, issued by the Martyrs Foundation.
    He pointed out that, "during the operation, books belonging to the aforementioned subcommittee were seized in the house of the accused who works in the Security Permits Division, as well as another suspect working in an approved capacity in the committee with a secret seal and an issued seal belonging to the committee with two "laptops" in which the books are stored. The correspondences pertaining to the committee, the names of the affected citizens, and a huge number of transactions and devices used to print confidential and private books for the committee.”
    He pointed out that "the Nineveh Investigation Directorate team, which moved to the Social Protection Department - Nineveh Plain, managed, during a fourth operation, to apprehend three of the department's employees, for falsifying the statement of the visit to the home of a beneficiary, and submitting it to the Supreme Committee for Social Protection in the province, and was also seized. The origin of the beneficiary’s transaction.”
    And the circuit indicated that "reports of seizure of the operations, which were carried out based on judicial notes, were organized and presented, along with the arrested defendants, to the judge of the Nineveh Investigation Court specialized in integrity issues, who decided to arrest them in accordance with the provisions of Resolution (160 of 1983) and Article (340) of the Penal Code.
