On Thursday, political analyst Riad Al-Wahaili saw that the process of taking over important parliamentary committees by the Triple Alliance contradicts their alleged reform project.
Al-Wahili said in a statement to the "Information" agency, that "there is a process of acquisition and domination of parliamentary committees, especially important committees, which are equivalent to certain ministries by the Triple Alliance, taking advantage of the absence of representatives of the coordinating framework and other parties in parliament sessions for choosing the President of the Republic."
He added that "the process of acquiring parliamentary committees contradicts their reformist vision, and owning ministries and parliamentary committees will make them lose real oversight in evaluating government performance."
He pointed out that "the need to reconsider the three parliamentary committees that were formed within Parliament and from one coalition, and to isolate all other political forces from these committees."
The representative of the Al-Sadiqun Parliamentary Bloc, Ali Turki Al-Jamali, accused, earlier, the presidency of the House of Representatives of circumventing the constitutional texts, warning against the consequences of the continuation of the parliamentary committees formed by the tripartite alliance to start legislating unconstitutional laws.
