    Washington / Nina /-- White House praised the decision taken by the outgoing Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to waiver as prime minister in favor for the new designated Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.

    The American National Security Advisor, Susan Rice, described this decision in a press release as a i "major step for the benefit of Iraq./ End

    US State Department praises Maliki?s decision to waiver in favor of Abadi.

    Washington / Nina /--The US State Department's praised the decision taken by the outgoing Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to waiver in favor of the designated Prime Minister Haider Abadi , considering the decision as an important step which paves the way for a historic peaceful transition of power in Iraq.

    In a press statement the SD said : "We commend the important decision taken by al-Maliki in and his pledge to support efforts to form a new government and a national program which is in line with the constitutional timetable in Iraq, noting that this decision paves the way for the transfer of a historic and peaceful transfer of power in Iraq./ End
