The representative of the State of Law coalition, Thaer fearful, confirmed, on Wednesday, that the salary scale for employees needs to be organized.
In an exclusive interview with Mawazine News, he said that we oppose any tendency to increase salaries because of its negative impact on the economic reality in terms of increasing purchasing power and economic inflation, which will lead to raising the prices of goods and burden the poor in a large way.
He pointed out that we are with the organization of the salary scale of employees and justice among them, with our reservations about clauses requiring that the salaries of an institution or a government ministry be higher compared to others, on the pretext that this department has financial revenues such as oil and others.
