    The Information/Baghdad..
The representative of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Ahmed Al-Rubaie, warned, on Saturday, against passing the Food Security Law in its current form, indicating that the coming days will witness the completion of a more transparent formula or the abolition of the law in its entirety.
Al-Rubaie said in a statement to "The Information" that "the law should be named after its name, meaning that emergency support for food security should not include spending money on clothing projects or financing investment projects or advances to investors loyal to political forces as it is now."
He added that "the law should be limited to only four or five paragraphs, including support for farmers and the poor, support for the import of foodstuffs, and an end to the crisis of raising prices in foodstuffs."
He pointed out that "the end of the Eid holiday is a good opportunity to hold extensive meetings in the coming days to end any suspicions of corruption in the law, or work to abolish the law and workers to approve a full budget in its place."
