The security expert, Maher Abed Judeh, revealed, on Monday, the existence of collusion and a deal behind closed doors between the head of the caretaker government, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, to redeploy the Peshmerga in the Sinjar district.

Judeh said in a statement to “The Information”: “When we monitor what is happening in the Sinjar district of renewed instability, we have confirmed the existence of complicity to keep Al-Yabsha, who are residents of the district, from their practice of maintaining security. In Sinjar, this complicity is the result of a behind-closed-doors agreement between the caretaker prime minister and the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.”
He added, "The agreement between Al-Kazemi and Barzani has a common interest, the first is the repositioning and spread of the Peshmerga as it was before 2014, in exchange for Al-Kazemi's support for a second term."
