The Ministry of Oil announced the signing of an agreement with the French company “Total” to implement a number of oil and energy production projects, in Basra Governorate.
In a statement, it said that the ministry had signed an agreement with the French company Total to implement projects to develop the Artawi field, establish the Artawi gas complex in Basra Governorate, and the sea water project, as well as projects to produce solar electricity with a capacity of 1,000 megawatts.
