The leader of the State of Law coalition, Issam Al-Kuraiti, confirmed, on Wednesday, that the Ministry of Commerce represents the biggest question mark in Iraq.

Al-Kuraiti said in an interview with "Information", "The Ministry of Trade, which is concerned with the most important files in Iraq, has for many years represented the biggest question mark, especially since corruption files have accumulated in its corridors, but without any decisions that reveal the reasons for wasting huge sums of money over the course of 19 years."
He added, "The performance of the ministry and its formations is below the level of ambition, and the government bears the burden of all mistakes, pointing out that the ministry is concerned with confronting price fever in the markets and deterring monopoly whales by pumping high-quality foodstuffs."
He pointed out that "there is dissatisfaction in Iraq with the performance of the Ministry of Commerce and its formations, especially since some forces exploited the ministries within the framework of quotas through corrupt deals, some of which were revealed and others remained secret during the past years, but the citizen paid the price in the end."
The popular and social elites in Iraq criticized the Ministry of Commerce because of its weak role in facing price fever and distributing materials below the level of ambition within the ration card vocabulary.
