Iraq aims to produce 6 million barrels of oil per day by the end of 2027
Shafaq News/ The Iraqi Oil Minister, Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar, announced on Monday that Iraq's production will reach six million barrels per day by the end of 2027.
Abdul-Jabbar said during a speech at the 29th Middle East Oil and Gas Conference held in Bahrain, and followed by Shafak News Agency, that the ministry is "working to accelerate plans and projects for optimal investment of free and associated gas to support the energy sector, and reduce dependence on fossil fuels, with the aim of maintaining cleanliness." environment and reduce harmful emissions.

The Twenty-ninth Middle East Oil and Gas Conference opened in the Kingdom of Bahrain for the period from 16-17 May, with the participation of a number of oil and energy ministers, in addition to experts and those interested in the oil and energy industry, to develop common visions and an appropriate strategy to meet the challenges facing the market Oil, in order to restore market balance, and preserve the gains it made during the past period.
