A parliamentary bloc presents 6 corruption files on the administration of Kirkuk to the Federal Integrity
The head of the bloc, Sarwa Abdel Wahed, said in a joint press conference that she held today in the parliament building with Representative Omid Muhammad, which was attended by Shafak News Agency, "We have corruption files on the administration of Kirkuk Governorate and we submitted them today to the Integrity Commission," stressing, "We do not trade in corruption files." Rather, we hand it over to the concerned authorities and monitor how the negligent people are held accountable.”
In turn, the bloc's member and representative from Kirkuk governorate, Omid Muhammad, said during the conference, "We submitted more than 6 corruption files on the administration of Kirkuk to the Integrity Commission," stressing that "more than 8000 transgressions on public lands and properties were sold to citizens outside Kirkuk governorate."
He pointed out that "there is a report on cutting workers' wages unconditionally in Kirkuk," noting that "corruption has affected all Arab, Kurdish and Turkmen regions of Kirkuk."
