    The Security and Defense Committee in the House of Representatives condemned the continuous Turkish attacks on the Kurdistan Region and the incursion of its forces into Iraqi territory, as well as the air violations that resulted in human losses among citizens and damage to their property.

    The Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee considered the repetition of Turkish attacks on the same previous pattern as evidence of the adoption of the approach of aggression, calling on the Turkish government to respect Iraq’s sovereignty and not to make its territory an arena for conflict and settling accounts for an internal issue.

    The committee also affirmed its rejection of any excuses or flimsy pretexts from the Ankara government to justify expanding its military activities and aggression against Iraq, usually a blatant attack on Iraq's sovereignty and clearly indicates the extent of Turkish ambitions.
