The Ministry of Finance announced, on Monday, approval of the inclusion of the allocations of free lecturers within the Food Security Law.
In a statement received by Mawazine News, the ministry stated, "It is ready to implement the Food Security Law if it is voted on in the Iraqi parliament, where it is not hidden from everyone the challenges of the international crisis the world is witnessing and its impact on food security and the economy, locally and globally," noting that "paragraphs of The law came to address the food and drug crisis, confront rising prices, pay farmers' dues, pay state obligations in the energy file, and provide the necessary allocations for reconstruction, and other benefits.
She added that "the Accounting Department will finance an amount (one) trillion dinars after it is included in the Food Security Law for the costs of securing the following paragraphs:
1- Converting the daily procedure into contracts for those covered by Cabinet Resolution 315 of 2019.
2- The dues of free lecturers and administrators covered by Resolution 130 of 2021 who will be converted into contracts under Cabinet Resolution 315 of 2019 as amended by Resolution 337 of 2019.
3- Assign the custodian workers from the Iraqi Reform Department and include them in the law on reforming depositors and inmates.
4- He was assigned to launch appointments for graduates of the years 2019 and 2020 from doctors, pharmacists, dentists, health professionals and scientists.
The ministry continued, according to the statement, that it "worked to do justice to these important segments of society," noting that "the ministry has spared no effort in order to meet their demands and solve all problems related to establishing the rights of these groups in accordance with the law and instructions."
