He added, "The shape of the ministries will be as follows, merging the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Ministry and one, and the integration of Agriculture and Water Resources, Ministry of one, and telecommunications and media as well, and the abolition of the Ministry of Health, municipalities, and the distribution of powers to the provinces, and the abolition of the Ministry of National Security and transferred to the Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior, and the abolition of the Ministry of State for Provincial Affairs and the Ministry of State for Tribal Affairs. "
He continued, the source said that "the distribution of positions will be according to the points and will be the National Alliance (12) and the Ministry while the Kurds (4) and year (4) and the cab of (20) and the Ministry only with the change of all agents the minister and the general directors."
He noted, that "Abadi sevenfold formed a committee of the National Alliance to discuss forming a government with the other blocks off the morning meeting with the Union of Forces pm and will meet with the Kurds for their views in the form of the next government."
