, a member of the Parliamentary Oil, Gas and Natural Resources Committee, Muhannad Al-Khazraji, considered, on Tuesday, that the fuel crisis in Baghdad and the provinces is a "fabricated crisis."
According to Mawazine News, Al-Khazraji held the responsibility for the lack of fuel, in light of the current conditions in the country, to the Oil Products Distribution Company, which has become deliberately responsible for humiliating the citizen by standing in queues or spending most of his time looking for him at other stations, in addition to the traffic jams that increased suffering.”
Al-Khazraji called on the Ministry of Oil to "redress this serious imbalance and not leave the situation as it is and work to resolve this matter as quickly as possible," adding that "the citizen can no longer tolerate the failure of the concerned authorities to provide oil derivatives, especially since the crisis increases in the summer as a result of the increasing Citizen's demand.
Al-Khazraji added, "The fuel crisis in Baghdad and the provinces is a fabricated crisis by the concerned authorities as a result of rampant corruption in the joints of the Oil Products Distribution Company." Ended 29/N33
