Today, Wednesday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, held a closed meeting with representatives of the Sadrist bloc who resigned from Parliament in Al-Hanana, Najaf Governorate.
A political source told (Mawazine News) that "the meeting came at the invitation of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, to hold a closed meeting with them," noting that "it is hoped that important decisions will be issued by al-Sadr after the meeting that will follow the evening prayers and dinner."
The source revealed that the leader of the Sadrist movement told the Sadrist bloc's deputies during the meeting that "there is no retreat from the resignation and withdrawal from the political process," and thanked them for "obedience." Ended 29/R77
