    The representative of the State of Law coalition, Muhammad Al-Shammari, warned, on Saturday, the caretaker prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, against attending the Riyadh normalization conference, as he will be held accountable inside the parliament for treason, indicating that the caretaker government is not allowed to conclude agreements with countries.

    Al-Shammari said in a statement to / the information/, that “the caretaker prime minister does not have any authority at the present time to conclude agreements with countries according to the constitution because the caretaker government is just a government that has powers to follow.” Administrative matters until it is replaced by a legitimate government elected by the people’s representatives within Parliament.
    He added, "The Riyadh conference to be held in Saudi Arabia related to discussing normalization with the Zionist entity and inviting the caretaker prime minister to attend it is against the law."
    Al-Shammari warned the caretaker Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, against “accepting the invitation to attend the normalization conference, because it will expose him to accountability inside the parliament dome on charges of treason according to the law criminalizing normalization with the Zionist entity that was recently approved by the House of Representatives.”
    A member of the Political Bureau of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq movement, Saad al-Saadi, had earlier demanded that Al-Kazemi announce his official position regarding his participation in the Saudi Normalization Conference, because his participation would put him under the law criminalizing normalization with the Zionist entity. Ended / 25 AD

    Look who's talking, Iran's premier agent in Iraq. Even if the law passed parliament, I don't believe it can become law until a new gov is in place.
