The Federal Service Council formed joint committees with the Ministry of Finance to implement the decision to install contractors in state institutions who have served two years or more.
Council Chairman Mahmoud Al-Tamimi said, "The formed committees are tasked with agreeing on a unified vision for the implementation of the decision to install contractors in all state institutions, as there are expected meetings between the two sides in this regard to proceed with the implementation of the decision."
Al-Tamimi continued, "The council has formed a committee from representatives of the ministries of planning and finance, the Oversight Bureau, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, Al-Mustansiriya University and unrelated entities, to prepare functional structures in government institutions, and sub-committees will be formed from specialists in the field of organizational structures, as well as preparing model work structures for launching. Including to rationalize its counterpart in state institutions, to implement the decision of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers regarding the organization of functional structures.
