Yesterday, Wednesday, the Ministry of Oil started creating job levels to install contract employees on the Ministry’s staff, based on the directives of its Minister, Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar.
A statement by the ministry stated, "The management of the National Oil Company and the administrative department in the ministry sent an urgent telegram to all oil sector companies, oil training institutes, and oil research and development centers, by preparing detailed schedules, creating job grades, and endorsing financial allocation from self-financed companies, as quickly as possible, To install contracts for those who have two years or more of service on the permanent owners of the Ministry of Oil.”
