The Federal Service Council formed joint committees with the Ministry of Finance to implement the decision to install contractors in state institutions who have served two years or more.
Council Chairman Mahmoud Al-Tamimi said: The task of the formed committees is to agree on a unified vision for the implementation of the decision to install contractors in all state institutions, as there are expected meetings between the two sides in this regard to proceed with the implementation of the decision. Al-Tamimi added that the council has formed a committee from representatives of the ministries of planning and finance, the Oversight Bureau, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, Al-Mustansiriya University and unrelated entities, to prepare functional structures in government institutions, and sub-committees will be formed from specialists in the field of organizational structures, as well as preparing model work structures from which to rationalize Its counterpart in state institutions, to implement the decision of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers regarding the organization of functional structures.
