To cover up these differences, the coordination framework began promoting early on what is similar to the next government program, and trying to play on jobs in the country of one million unemployed people, according to the Ministry of Labor.
One day after the Coordination Council announced that it had reached an agreement with the Kurdish and Sunni forces that were part of the tripartite alliance (Save a Homeland), the frequency of attacks on the Kurdistan region increased.
In the last three days, which began on the eve of the emergency parliament session last Thursday, 8 missiles fell on oil sites in and around the Kurdistan region.
This event coincided with leaks that the Kurdish-coordination agreement included, in addition to settling oil and financial disputes, the removal of armed factions stationed around the region.
According to well-informed sources, who spoke to (Al-Mada) that the missiles that fell on oil sites in which Emirati companies operate, "were launched from areas controlled by armed factions, some of which are affiliated with the Popular Mobilization."
In the past two years, Shiite forces within the coordination framework, some of which have armed wings, have systematically attacked the UAE, accusing it of interfering in Iraqi affairs and rigging the elections.
According to those sources, "the reason for the escalation of attacks is the refusal of some factions of the agreement that took place between the coordination framework and the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and their refusal to evacuate their positions in the vicinity of the region."
Last Saturday, 6 missiles fell on the Kormor gas field in the Chamchamal district in the Sulaymaniyah governorate.
On Friday and Wednesday, two missiles fell on the same site operated by the Emirati companies "Dana Gas" and "Hilal Company".
Meanwhile, the Hezbollah Brigades' Rights Movement decided to abruptly resign from Parliament, despite the rise of its seats from 1 to 6 after the distribution of independent Sadrist seats.
For the first time, the authorities in Kurdistan publicly accused the Hezbollah Brigades of the attack on Erbil last month, which was carried out by an explosive-laden drone.
In turn, the unknown group calling itself the "Coordination Committee of the Iraqi Resistance" denied responsibility for the attack, less than a month after its previous threat to target Erbil.
The authority said in a statement: "We believe that what happened in the targeting of some companies in the Sulaymaniyah governorate is a sabotage act behind which external parties are hostile to our proud people, with the aim of undermining the efforts made to get out of the country's current crisis."
The statement warned: "Among attempts to confuse the security situation and confuse the cards from those who want worse in our country at this particular time."
Last month, this body had claimed that it had revealed the training of "subversive" groups in Kurdistan by the President of the Regional Government, Masrour Barzani.
The authority said in a statement issued at the time that it: "It detected suspicious movements from internal tools for foreign agents, aimed at spreading chaos with clear Zionist fingerprints."
The commission warned the Kurdistan authorities at the time that "their efforts to ignite the fire will return to them and burn them before others."
Regarding the identity of the parties behind these attacks, Rasoul Abu Hasna, a member of Al-Mada’s coordination framework, says that “Iraq is infiltrated by security from several sides, and any of these parties can bomb the Kurdistan region.”
Abu Hasna, a former deputy from the Dawa Party, denies that "parties from the Popular Mobilization were involved in the incident," noting that "these attacks are trying to sabotage the understandings with the Kurds and the formation of the government."
The deputy is optimistic about the progress that has occurred between the “Coordination Committee” and the political forces, despite these events, and says that “these attacks will not disturb the peace of negotiations, and Erbil was sane and requested a commission of inquiry into the incident.”
After the recent attack on energy companies in Sulaymaniyah, Arafat Karam, who is responsible for the Iraqi file at the headquarters of the Kurdistan Democratic Party’s head, Masoud Barzani, said: “With your cowardly bombing, you build a dam that you will not be able to show, and you will not be able to dig it.”
However, former MP Rasoul Abu Hasna considers that "there is no experienced politician who can think of sabotaging the understandings with the Kurds... ISIS or the Baathist cells are the ones who hit the missiles."
Abu Hasna asserts, "The formation of the government is imminent, which will provide 52 thousand jobs and cancel all the agreements that took place during the period of the caretaker government."
Early elections
The coordination framework faces other political differences that surfaced, with the announcement of the leader of the Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, of his desire to form an interim government that would pave the way for early elections.
This initiative was revealed by (Al Mada) about a month ago, as it was at that time ideas that were not publicly presented.
It also surprised the position of Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq's leader, Qais al-Khazali, by calling for a "political agreement to hold early elections."
According to a source within the "Coordination Committee" who spoke to (Al-Mada), these statements "are a compliment to the Sadrist movement due to concern over uncalculated reactions of the movement."
These sources hint that "the coordinating framework may not pay much attention to these voices and that they are ineffective, especially since Nuri al-Maliki, the leader of the State of Law coalition, and Hadi al-Amiri, the leader of the Fatah Alliance, are leading the group."
The "Coordination" had faced a big problem in persuading its audience and even some of its parties to ally with the "Save a Homeland" parties, after accusations that those parties were dealing with Israel and the Gulf states.
A close associate of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, raised questions that were raised by the "coordinating framework" during the tripartite alliance on "Israel" and "Desert Foxes".
Jalil al-Nuri, a leader in the movement, said in a lengthy article published last Saturday: “Perhaps a sane person will ask that after the recent withdrawal of the Sadrist bloc from the parliament, will the Mossad cells and headquarters disappear from Erbil? It seems that the name of Mustafa Al-Kazemi is the most widely circulated during the past two days, as the "coordinator" believes that the latter will not object to the leader of the Sadrist movement, especially with the apology of the last Sadr candidate, Muhammad Jaafar al-Sadr, for the position.
According to observers, the Prime Minister's recent tour to Saudi Arabia and Iran, which is believed to be aimed at conveying messages between the two parties to defuse the crisis in the region, may increase Al-Kazemi's chances in a new term to head the government.[/size]
